🐱 Meet Milo

"Oh! Hello. Before we get started, I feel like I should mention that whatever you heard about the vase has been greatly exaggerated. Also... do you happen to know where Pippa is?"

πŸ€— Something You Should Know About Me
Sometimes I make mistakes. Sometimes they're little. Sometimes they involve a vase, three daisies, half a glass of water, and a surprisingly judgmental sister. I say I'm sorry. I help clean up. I figure out what I can learn... and then I keep going.

🀎 A Little From My Heart

"I once knocked a vase off a table.

Pippa says I did it on purpose.

I prefer to say I was conducting an experiment involving gravity.

Either way... the vase broke.

And for a little while, I felt terrible.

Not just because I had broken something.

I started thinking maybe there was something wrong with me.

Then someone helped me understand something important.

Making a mistake and being a mistake are two very different things.

So I apologized.

I helped pick up the flowers.

I learned that perhaps glass vases aren't the best things to use for gravity experiments.

And then... I let it go.

I think people sometimes carry their mistakes much longer than they need to.

They replay them.

They wish they could go backward.

They start using one thing they did as evidence for who they are.

But you are so much bigger than one bad decision.

Take responsibility when you've hurt someone.

Fix what you can.

Learn what there is to learn.

And then please remember...

You're still allowed to move forward.

There's an entire world left to explore.

Although apparently I'm supposed to explore the parts that don't contain breakable objects for a while."

With love,

Milo 🀎
